Kohl's Social Edit

Overview

For The Social Edit project, I focused on creating a dynamic hub on Kohl’s website that highlights influencer and user-generated content (UGC) with real-time product updates, allowing for easy shopping and discovery. My role was centered on enhancing the UI/UX design to provide customers with a clear understanding of the page’s purpose while curating shopping experiences based on current social trends. By making the product presentation more engaging and trend-forward, we aimed to increase clicks and conversions.

The project was heavily driven by social media, with content sourced from Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat, as well as Ambassador content and Pinterest Predictions. I also worked on optimizing exposure through homepage features, email campaigns, and strategic link placements across relevant pages on Kohls.com, such as the women’s section. The overall goal was to seamlessly blend social inspiration with a curated shopping experience, reinforcing the connection between trending content and product discovery.
