At Cheers! Creative, we teamed up with local real estate agent Jordan Reget of Keller Williams Realty to craft a striking brand identity that captures the heart of Milwaukee’s vibrant community. Our mission was to create a design that not only appealed to homeowners seeking the charm of Milwaukee’s unique homes but also stood out in a big way. Jordan envisioned a bright, eye-catching brand with "MKE Home" at its core—something that would make her yard signs pop and effortlessly translate across social media to promote listings, open houses, and sold homes.

Drawing inspiration from Milwaukee’s character, we used bold blues to evoke Lake Michigan and added touches of red and brown for balance. Incorporating a skeleton key into the logo, we highlighted the city’s rich architectural heritage. The result was a versatile, visually engaging brand that perfectly reflects Milwaukee’s charm and gives Jordan the tools to connect with her audience in a fresh and authentic way.
